4 Steps for treating Lymphatic System

According to  National Lymphedema Network, the lymphatic system functions parallel to the circulatory system and consists of lymph vessels, lymph nodes, and lymphoid tissues. The most important role of the lymphatic system is to absorb and transport large molecules (including protein and cellular debris) which are too large to be collected by veins and venous capillaries. This lymph fluid is then transported to lymph nodes that act as “filtering stations” in the body. In the lymph nodes, cells from the body’s natural defense system, called lymphocytes, help fight bacteria and viruses.
Networks of the lymphatic system are situated in several areas of the body with a specific drainage pathway for each individual area.

Superficial Lymph Nodes Include:
  • Axillary: Located under each arm, these nodes receive fluid from the arm, chest, back, and breast tissue.
  • Inguinal: Located at the bend of the hip, these nodes receive fluid from the leg, lower abdomen, gluteal region, and external genitals.
Deep Lymph Nodes Include:
  • Supraclavicular: Located at the neck just above the collar bones, this important node group receives fluid from the head and shoulders. If indicated, the treatment of these lymph nodes precedes all other treatment.
  • Deep Abdominal/Pelvic Nodes: The abdomen is richly invested in lymph nodes—they surround the organs and intestines. These nodes also receive fluid from the superficial inguinal area as well. Congestion in this area alone can cause swelling in the lower extremities, abdomen, and genitalia.
  • Lymphatic tissue is found in other areas of the body including the tonsils, spleen, intestinal wall, and bone marrow.
Diseases of the lymphatic system
  • Lymphedema is a chronic swelling of the limbs caused by the accumulation of lymph fluid that occurs if the lymphatic system is damaged or not functioning properly. While the limbs are typically involved, the face, neck and abdomen may also be affected. Many develop the disorder following cancer therapy — particularly breast cancer where the lymph nodes under the arms are removed — recurrent infections, injuries or vascular surgery.
  • Hodgkin's lymphoma is a type of cancer that typically occurs when the white blood cells in the body become diseased or damaged.
  • Castleman disease is caused by benign tumors that affect the lymph nodes. While not specifically a cancer, it is a similar to a lymphoma and is often treated with chemotherapy. Localized Castleman disease affects the lymph nodes of the stomach and chest. Multicentric Castleman disease affects greater than one region of lymph nodes as well as lymphoid-containing organs such as the spleen.
  • Lymphangiomatosis is a disease involving multiple cysts or lesions formed from lymphatic vessels.
  • In elephantiasis, infection of the lymphatic vessels causes a thickening of the skin and enlargement of underlying tissues, especially in the legs and genitals.
  • Lymphangiosarcoma is a malignant soft-tissue tumor, whereas lymphangioma is a benign tumor occurring frequently in association with Turner syndrome.
  • Lymphangioleiomyomatosis is a benign tumor of the smooth muscles of the lymphatics in the lungs.
  • Lymphoid leukemias and lymphomas are called "leukemia" when in the blood or marrow and "lymphoma" when in lymphatic tissue.
  • Lymphatic filiaris is a disease in which parasitic worms infiltrate the lymph system via the bite of a mosquito. About 120 million people worldwide are affected by this disease.

How to Cleanse the Lymph System?

Coral Club offers you the next program.

1. Lymph Stimulation
Coral Licorice Root (2tab * 2 times)  2 hours before meal (dissolve it in 0.5l hot water, and drink, then drink 2 glasses of warm Coral-Main).
Accumulated toxin substances will be available to be absorbed by sorbent in 1 hour.

2. Removal of toxics, sorbent dispersion.
In 40-60 mins after the first stage take Coral Kelp (2tab * 2 times)

3. Cholagogue supplements is a way to get rid of all kinds of waste products through the secretion of bile. Boost your bile flow to boost your energy
Coral Artichoke (2cap. * 2 times) or lecithin (1cap. * 2 times) or Garlic (1cap.* 3times)  30 minutes before meal.

Don't take Cholagogue Supplements if you have gallstones.

In case of Giardia,
The Treatment of Giardiasis takes a three month course of Pau D’Arco (1 caps. 4-6 times a day), Aloemannan (3 capsules daily), Lecithin (2-3 capsules daily), Artichoke (4 capsules), Black Walnut Leaves (4 tablets) garlic (2 capsules 3 times a day). It is better to dessolve Artichoke in a hot water and drink it as a tea.

4. Feed your organism during this program.
Activin  (1 * 2) or Ultimate (1 * 2).
 Mega Acidophilus (1 * 3) or Coral Probiotic (1 * 3 times between meals.
The sorbent removes not only toxins from the body but vitamins and minerals as well. Taking this fact into account, you should add some of them to your diet. For instance, take the supplements such as Activin or Ultimate,

The Course Duration is 21 days, or 30 days.

The Cleanse of the Lymph System can be combined with Colo-Vada. In this case you should add Licorice Root or Kelp.

There is no contraindications for the Cleanse of the Lymph System.
However
There are Contraindications to do Colo-Vada. Do not take Colo-Vada+ if  you have gallstone disease, colon cancer, or ulcers in the acute-phase.
Kelp is not recommended for people with a kidney disease and hyperthyroidism.

please explain how licorice root cleans and stimulates lymph system? and which properties of this herb responsible for that.

Licorice Root works as a lymphatic stimulation. It liquefies stagnant lymph fluids and helps its outflow into the intestine and intestinal lymph nodes.

This program is developed by professional nutritionists. I am not, and unfortunately, cannot explain which properties of this herb are responsible for a lymphatic stimulation.
As far as I know, since Middle Ages echinacea, goldenseal, red root, licorice root and so on have been often recommended at the first signs of a sniffles. These herbs generally do their work by stripping away a layer of debris from lymph system filtering operation.
Also, Dr. Albert Zehr in his cleansing program Colo Vada uses licorice root as a lymphatic stimulation as well.

1. Anti-Inflammatory Action (Glycyrrhizin and Glycyrrhetinic Acid)
Glycyrrhizin is the primary active compound in licorice root, which is converted in the body to glycyrrhetinic acid.
These compounds reduce inflammation by inhibiting the enzyme 11-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, which prolongs the effects of cortisol, a natural anti-inflammatory.
How It Helps: By reducing inflammation, licorice root helps clear blockages in the lymphatic system, allowing for better drainage and reducing lymphatic congestion.
💧 2. Lymphatic Stimulation and Fluid Movement
Licorice root has a mild diuretic effect, which promotes the elimination of excess fluids and toxins from tissues.
It helps to thin mucus and lymphatic fluid, making it easier for the lymph system to transport waste and cellular debris.
How It Helps: By improving lymphatic flow, licorice helps the body flush out toxins and supports immune function.
🛡️ 3. Immune Modulation (Polysaccharides and Flavonoids)
Licorice root contains polysaccharides and flavonoids that boost immune activity by enhancing the production of lymphocytes and macrophages.
It supports the lymphatic system’s role in filtering pathogens and maintaining immune balance.
How It Helps: Strengthening the immune system helps the lymphatic system remain efficient in clearing harmful substances.
✨ 4. Adaptogenic and Cortisol Regulation
Licorice root acts as an adaptogen, helping the body manage stress and balance adrenal function.
It regulates cortisol, which indirectly supports lymphatic function by reducing the inflammation that can clog lymph nodes and vessels.
How It Helps: Balanced cortisol levels prevent excessive immune responses and allow for smoother lymphatic drainage.
🧹 5. Detoxification and Liver Support
Licorice root supports liver function by enhancing detoxification pathways.
A healthy liver processes waste efficiently, reducing the burden on the lymphatic system.
How It Helps: When the liver functions well, it prevents toxins from accumulating and overloading the lymphatic system.
✅ Summary: Why Licorice Root Benefits the Lymph System
Anti-inflammatory: Reduces lymphatic congestion.
Fluid regulation: Promotes movement of lymph and detoxification.
Immune support: Enhances immune cell function.
Stress reduction: Prevents inflammation that can block lymph flow.
Liver detox support: Reduces overall toxin load
